What is your management fee?
Our management fees are tailored to each property. We’ll provide a clear and transparent breakdown so you know exactly what services are included. Our goal is to make sure the structure works for you and creates long-term value.

Where will my property be advertised?
We advertise your property across high-traffic rental sites like Zillow, Trulia, HotPads, Dwellsy, RentalSource, and more. In addition, we feature your listing on our website and other local marketing channels to maximize exposure, attract quality tenants, and ensure strong occupancy.

How often will I receive distributions & how are they made?
Distributions are typically processed by the 15th of the following month and sent to you either by ACH direct deposit or by check, depending on your preference. We make sure payments are consistent and transparent.

Do you screen the tenants you lease to?
Yes. Every applicant goes through a background check with TransUnion, which includes criminal, eviction, and credit history. The screening is paid for by the tenant’s application fee. This process helps ensure we place reliable, responsible residents in your property.

Can I login to an owner portal to view payments?
Yes. Owners have secure access to an online portal where you can view payments, download financial statements, and track maintenance updates. The portal makes everything more transparent and ensures you always know what’s happening with your property.
